    “I love to fix nachos for my husband and me as a hearty snack or light supper. I’m so glad I found this recipe. I usually have these ingredients on hand so I will be making these nachos often. I used tomatoes with green chilies then added a sprinkling of chili powder, cumin and garlic salt to the bean and tomato mixture. I had a small avocado that needed to be eaten so I cut it into small chunks and sprinkled it on top after baking. Yum!” —Carmen Edwards

    “I had some late-season homegrown tomatoes that I used in two different recipes: This Bacon Cheese Puff Pie and this Spicy Ketchup recipe. We enjoyed both! The Puff Pie was delicious for brunch and the leftovers reheated perfectly the next day for supper.
