The Oakraven Collection provides a number of Mods offering Quality of Life experiences.
The list shall be updated from time to time to include additional Mods as they are created.
Even though these Mods contain custom content, EAC use is still typically acceptable since they make no changes to the base game files.
Rock Drill
This mod allows us to mine for resources.
It can be unlocked after reaching level 60/100 of Workstations Crafting Skill at a Tier 4 type item that is in the same area as the Chemistry Table.
The loot.xml governs what kind and how much resource is provided to players after a drilling cycle. An Oakraven Rock Drill requires a Rock Drill Gas Can to power it for each cycle.
Monobikes
The Oakraven Monobikes provide players with an additional motorcycle unlock option. Comes in 7 flavours.
Chicken Coops
The Oakraven Chicken Coops allow players to receive feathers, eggs, and grown domestic chickens from eggs. To activate a Coop, use 2 caught chicks found in birds’ nests.
Bee Hives
The Oakraven Bee Hives Mod allows players to receive honey comb through bee keeping. A Queen Bee is required to activate a Bee Hive. Queen Bees can only be found in the Pine Forest from Bee Logs.
Cooking Stations
Oakraven Cooking Stations allow players to craft and use 4 types of Stove/Cooker. They have an increased output area to ‘store’ food, show animated cooking features when they are active, and do not require unlocking. Craft on the Workbench as a Variant Helper and use the ‘E’ key to choose between the 4 versions.
Fish Farm
The Oakraven Fish Farm Mod provides a quality of life feature for 7D2D. Craft Fish Farm containers, and populate with a Fish Farming Kit. The fish will grow through different stages until the Fish Farm container becomes lootable. Add fish to recipes or place on the floor and harvest fillets in the same way as an animal.
Power Things
Oakraven Power Things provides a high tech alternative to providing power to electrical items for 7D2D. A custom Workbench allows Power Cells and Solar Cells to be crafted to Level 6.
Ammo Press
The Oakraven Ammo Press provides a stand alone ammo crafting solution in a compact form factor. Unlocks at Crafting Skill Level 40 for Workstations. It has a lower heat footprint which will allow multiple placements for all your ammo needs.
Cement Mixer
The Oakraven Cement Mixer unlocks at crafting skill 40. It expands on a regular Cement Mixer by mixing Stacks of 1000 Concrete Mix for 30% less resources than single units. It also mixes in 30% less time.
Oak Can Can Bat
The Oak Can Can Bat provides approximately 10% gain over the Baseball Bat for the majority of stats. For example, 10% more entity damage but with 10% less stamina use. It fits between the Baseball Bat and Steel Bat in terms of Tier. However, it cannot be crafted. It can only be found in loot, quest rewards, and the trader inventory. It is hooked up to Pummel Pete as with other melee weapons of this nature.
Oak Goat Bat
The Oak Goat Bat provides approximately 10% gain over the Baseball Bat for the majority of stats. For example, 10% more entity damage but with 10% less stamina use. It fits between the Baseball Bat and Steel Bat in terms of Tier. However, it cannot be crafted. It can only be found in loot, quest rewards, and the trader inventory. It is hooked up to Pummel Pete as with other melee weapons of this nature. The image shows it with the spike mod attached.
Briston’s Pistons
Briston’s Pistons are made from Damascus Steel and provide a T3 Melee Weapon. They offer about 10% greater attributes than the Steel Knuckles. Their coloration and pattern come from a one in a kind hand crafting process. As such, they cannot be crafted. Can only be found in loot, rewards, or the trader inventory. These blades can also be useful for gutting animals.
Warning/Disclaimer
- Adding mods to an existing World is not recommended. This is more so in A21 than in previous Alphas. It can cause unforeseen issues since certain features are ‘baked’ into a World and changing that environment with new mods (or removing others) can be detrimental to maintaining server/World stability. Unforeseen issues can include seeing blue missing boxes in place of birds’ nests for the Coop Mod if it is not added before a new World is created. Adding mods to, or removing mods from, an existing World is at your own risk. They are willing to assist with general mod related issues, but this is outside the scope of where assistance can be provided.
- These mods are made to expand 7D2D. They are not intended to be used with other non Oakraven Collection Mods or overhauls. Overhaul creators can ask for permission to integrate them in their Mods and make them compatible. Examples of this include Wild West Mod, Age of Oblivion, and Preppocalyse. For incompatibility issues, please contact other Mod/Overhaul creators for assistance as that level of support is not possible to provide, especially where another mod is using a Harmony .dll patch.
Terms of Use
- The (A21) Oakraven Collection can be used for personal use or on a community server with private and hidden redistribution. Permission is not given to redistribute any part of the Oakraven Collection in the public domain. This includes as a complete mod, or any of the assets contained within. Redistributing publicly can cause licensing issues and increases the potential for a file mismatch. For more information, read the TFP Guidelines on Modding Policy.
- If you would like to use any of the (A21) Oakraven Collection in an overhaul or project, please ask for permission in forum topic, since some of the assets are purchased. (Asking directly in forum topic ensures full transparency in the case an affiliated creator is involved)

Localization is currently in English, since that is the language Oakraven is familiar with. Submissions for Localization into other supported languages from community members are linked below.

Here is an update to the Oakraven Collection.
1. Oak Goat Bat (Melee Weapon)
This Mod provides a single melee weapon with identical attributes to the Oak Can Can Bat. It is a reinforced bat with its own attachment cosmetics.combination of a reinforced table leg, can of beans, large kitchen fork, and all manner of other attachments. It provides approximately 10% gain over the Baseball Bat for the majority of specifications. That includes 10% more swings per minute and 10% less stamina. However, it cannot be crafted. It can only be found in loot, quest rewards, and the trader inventory. It fits between the Baseball Bat and Steel Bat, but has its own unique stand alone features.

2. Briston’s Pistons (Melee Weapon)
Briston’s Pistons provide another option for knuckles users. These provide about 10% attribute gain on the Steel Knuckles. The trade off is that they can only be found in loot, in the trader inventory, or through quest rewards. Briston Gaming has been supporting the 7 Days modding community for a number of years and ensures content is well reviewed and shared to the community. He’s having some technical issues this week and is unable to upload a review stream. These will be waiting for when the next opportunity arrives.
