What lottery games are available in Wisconsin? ›

The Wisconsin Lottery is run by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue and was authorized in 1988 by the state legislature. It is a member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Its games consist of Mega Millions, Powerball, Megabucks, Supercash!, Badger 5, Pick 3, Pick 4, All or Nothing, and scratch games.

DRAW DAYS:

Drawings are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:59 p.m. Tickets must be purchased before 9 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday to be included in that day's drawing. JACKPOT amount is estimated.

Each set of two plays cost $1 per draw. Megabucks can be played up to 8 draws (4 weeks) in advance. Select the EZ Match feature (an additional $1 per set of two plays) for a chance to win instantly.

Playslips are available at Wisconsin Lottery retailers. Choose how many draws to play. Each ticket costs $2 per play per draw. Mega Millions can be played up to 8 draws (4 weeks) in advance.

What days do they draw Wisconsin Megabucks? ›

There will be two drawings each week, usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays, after 9:00 PM Central Time. Tickets for a drawing may not be sold after 8:59:59 PM on the evening of that drawing; all tickets sold after the 9:00 PM draw break on the day of a drawing will be issued for the next drawing(s).

Retailers. Tickets are sold by retailers that contract with the Wisconsin Lottery. Retailers can only sell lottery tickets for cash and at the price established by the Wisconsin Lottery. Tickets can only be sold to persons at least 18 years of age, but minors may receive lottery tickets as gifts.

The JACKPOT is paid in cash all at once. JACKPOTS not won will be carried forward to the next drawing. Prizes up to $599 may be claimed at a Wisconsin Lottery retailer. Prizes $600 and over must be claimed at a Lottery office or by mail.

Megabucks is held three times a week. Six winning balls are drawn from a pool of 44 balls, and you can win the jackpot if you match the entire winning combination. The top prize starts at $500,000 and rolls until someone wins.
