Warps within Honkai: Star Rail allow players to unlock new characters and Light Cones. They serve the same function as Banners in Genshin Impact. Certain Warps are permanently available, whilst others will be limited-time.

This page acts as a comprehensive breakdown of all available Warps within Honkai: Star Rail, including their expiry date where applicable.

Available Warps

Limited-Time Warps

Limited-time Event Warps are either focused on Characters or Light Cones, and can only be accessed for a limited window of time. These Warps require Star Rail Special Passes as opposed to just Star Rail Passes.

Character Event warps have one promotional 5-Star character and three featured 4-Star characters whereas Light Cone Event warps will have one promotional 5-Star light cone and 3 4-Star featured light cones.

Current Honkai: Star Rail Banner

The Phase 1 banner for Version 2.1 is Words of Yore, featuring Acheron (Nihility: Lightning) and Laic Pursuit featuring Loucha (Abundance: Imaginary) as the 5-Star boosted characters, along with Gallagher, Pela and Dan Heng as the 4-Star Characters.

Departure Warp

The Departure/Beginner Warp is indefinitely available until all 50 Warps are made, guarantees a random 5-Star character within those 50 Warps, and has a 20% discount on the Star Rail Pass required to warp. Every 10 warps also guarantees a random 4-Star object.

The available 5-Star characters are:

• Himeko (The Erudition: Fire)
• Welt (The Nihility: Imaginary)
• Bronya (The Harmony: Wind)
• Gepard (The Preservation: Ice)
• Clara (The Destruction: Physical)
• Yanqing (The Hunt: Ice)
• Bailu (The Abundance: Lightning)

Stellar Warp

Stellar Warp (or Standard Warp) is a permanent Warp mode with no time limit. All non-event exclusive Characters and Light cones are available within Stellar Warp. In this wish, each 10-warp set is guaranteed to include at least one 4-Star or above item.

Upcoming Honkai: Star Rail Banners

Phase 2 of Version 4.5 will feature Aventurine and Jingliu as the featured 5-star characters, with Lynx, Luka, and Serval as the 4-Star characters.

The drop rate of the limited 5-star character Seele (The Hunt: Quantum) and 4-star characters Natasha (The Abundance: Physical), Hook (The Destruction: Fire), and Pela (The Nihility: Ice) will be significantly boosted.

Brilliant Fixation

During the Brilliant Fixation event, Trailblazers can use Star Rail Special Passes to Warp. The drop rate of the limited 5-star Light Cone In the Night (The Hunt) and 4-star Light Cones Post-Op Conversation (The Abundance), The Moles Welcome You (The Destruction), and Good Night and Sleep Well (The Nihility) will be significantly boosted
