FRIENDLY AND GENTLEI went in to get my acrylics off and she was so gentle and kind and telling me what I needed to do to keep my nails healthy. She told me she usually charges $10-$30 to remove them but since I had a few acrylics on she did it for free. So also took care of my ingrown nail (hangnail) on my pinky. *if you go ask for Kim*

I got a gel mani and pedi for $75 (not including tip). Best price I've seen anywhere. I came on a Saturday and it was busy. I had an appointment and was attended right away! Will be coming back as a regular now id post my toes but not for free

I went here yesterday at around 2:30 to get an acrylic fill. The nail tech after filing down the initial nail started using a tip to pop off my nail. It hurt extremely badly and she ended up causing a hole at the bottom of my nail that ended with me crying in the salon :( The tech kept working on my nails however and I was in a state of shock before I realized she'd put new acrylic on the nail. I didn't have to pay for a new set at the end and it hurt still a little yesterday night. However when I woke up this morning my nail was on fire and in terrible terrible pain. I'm extremely scared that there is an infection brewing under the nail and I'm carefully keeping watch over it. My finger is swollen and red and throbbing and the wind hitting it is causing me extreme pain as well. Be careful of this salon as they seem to use shortcuts in order to finish up quickly which is dangerous as acrylics need to be carefully done to not cause severe damage!!

I've been to this nail salon several times and I've never had an issue. However, after my most recent visit I will not be returning. I requested to have my acrylics taken off (I had gotten them done here weeks ago) and to have my nails painted. The nail technician chose to use another fake nail to pop off my acrylic nails instead of the soaking method. The technician sliced one of my fingers in this process causing it to bleed. I informed her that I was in pain. She stopped working on removing that particular nail and then continued taking my other acrylic nails off using this same method. After removing the other nails, she returned to the nail that was bleeding and tried to remove it again by using a fake nail. I was still in pain and the nail was not coming off that way. I was then directed to dip that finger in what I assume was acetone. This caused even more pain (obviously). I informed her that it burned so she resorted to dipping a cotton ball in the acetone and wrapping a piece of foil over my nail. After removing the foil and cotton ball she eventually got the rest of the acrylic nail off using a nail grinder. She attempted to dip that same bleeding finger in dip powder (I wasn't certain if the dip powder was new so I refused). At that point, I didn't want my nail to be painted as I wasn't sure that would be wise considering I had an open wound. I left as soon as possible and now I am paranoid my finger may become infected, or worse because of the open wound. I was also charged for this service. I wish I soaked my acrylic nails off at home.

Nice and friendly staff and VERY quick service, to the point that attention to detail lacked. I got my gel mani on a Friday and it was peeling off on one hand by Tuesday (other salons last me 2/3 wks). Also, I asked for rounded shape and she did square with rounded corners. Finally, the color really didn't match the sample (it was glitter and in hindsight I think it was supposed to have a base color). Very little hand massage too. I should've spoke up but you know how it is in the nail salon! I'll try somewhere else next time.
