Excellent!
The product includes all the necessary features for routine monitoring. After using this patient monitor several times, I found that the Spo2 sensor has a very quick response time. The ECG performance is also excellent, and the NIBP function works well. While I haven't used the Temp feature yet, I cannot comment on it. Overall, I highly recommend this product for purchase.

Work perfectly
It works GREAT! Perfusion Index, Oximeter and Pulse Rate measurements look accurate! I am a COPD patient and the CO2 monitoring helps me get insight into my respiratory status. 5 stars definitely!

Retired Anesthesiologist Says: EXCELLENT!
For years - because my spouse has some chronic medical problems - I have wanted a monitor for home use, similar to those I used at work. However, the price made such a purchase impractical. That is not a problem with this 8-inch Touchscreen Patient Monitor. Excellence was apparent beginning with the website. Ordering was quick & easy, as was delivery in a well-protected package. All the cables are included and of high quality. The monitor itself is well made of quality materials. The user manual is clear and the software intuitive.
Most importantly, all the functions work as expected, comparable to much more expensive OR units I am used to. The only small drawback is some instability of waveforms. The EKG baseline wanders with movement before settling down and pulse ox is also erratic to some degree with patient movement and sensitive to proper finger placement (not inserted too far into the sensor). I suppose the software of much more expensive units filter out such artifacts. As to the EKG, I expect this will improve with use of higher quality EKG leads. That is actually the only less-than-excellent element of this purchase - the 10 disposable EKG leads were low quality. When removed, the electrode gel came off and remained stuck to the patient's skin. This is of little import in the big picture. I am very pleased with this purchase. This is an excellent monitor at a most reasonable price (I wish I had had it instead of a borrowed monitor when I was practicing sedation anesthesia in oral surgeons' offices). I can't comment on customer service as I haven't (yet?) needed any. Nor can I speak to durability, since I have had it only a few days. Thus, there are my initial impressions. I will try to update this review with passage of time.

Slightly Disappointed with this Experience
Just a Heads Up if Purchasing/Using in the USA.
1- Adult BP cuff appears very small (applicable for a child) and readings are extremely high even when placed on the forearm. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be an extra large cuff option available on the website.
2- Monitor bag was not included in the order as purchased and the customer service experience was not the greatest (minimum of 24 hour response from company via email, requirements to send a picture of all contents received, including the box it was shipped in).
3- We're afraid to test the ETCO2 function due to the need for replacement supplies and fear it will be difficult to order based on previous customer service experiences.
Hi Aquil,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In response to your concerns, we have initiated the production of large-size cuffs (33-47cm) and will promptly share a purchase link on our website.
As for the replacement supplies for ETCO2, the disposable nasal tube and sampling tube are readily available and can be conveniently obtained locally. The filters, which typically require replacement every three months, are included in our packaging in sets of five—sufficient for over a year of usage. Furthermore, we are scheduling the production of additional filters and will soon provide a corresponding purchase link on our website.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Wishing you a wonderful weekend ahead.
Regards,
Wellue Health
